Please understand that visits cannot be guaranteed due to a limited amount of time. If we cannot fulfill your visit during this time frame we will work to accommodate you at a later date. A typical visit will last 25 minutes; 20 minutes for a short workshop and 5 minutes to mingle and take a photo. In limited cases, we will be able to stay longer for a meal or other activity. Longer visits can be arranged for schools that provide meals or those that are county-wide, federation, or area activities.
Chapters Notified of Specific Visit Date: Estimate Wednesday, February 5th
Following the sign-up deadline, state staff will get out the Virginia map and put the travel schedule together for the two groups of state officers. Unfortunately, it will not be possible to visit every chapter on the list. However, first priority will be given to chapters that were not visited on the 2024 tour. A detailed schedule will be sent to each chapter selected for the tour. The tour schedule will also be posted on the website.
