for a short workshop, high-energy visit, and meaningful student engagement.
Visit Window: February 16–27, 2026
Visits are scheduled based on geography, logistics, and chapter requests.
Visits are not guaranteed. Priority is given to chapters not visited during the 2025 tour.

While not all requests can be fulfilled, the schedule below guides our planning.
Visit Format
What a Visit Looks Like
- A typical visit lasts about 25 minutes:
- 20 minutes of workshop or activity
- 5 minutes of photos and mingling
- Additional time may be available for:
- Multi-school or federation events
- Area activities or rallies
- Meal-time programs
- State staff will follow up by email to confirm final dates and times.

Once the request window closes, staff will map out routes for the officer teams
to maximize the number of chapters visited.

How Visits Are Selected
- Not all request locations can be visited.
- Priority goes to chapters not visited in 2025.
- Routes are designed to maximize:
- Geographic efficiency
- Total number of chapters served
- Opportunities for joint events
- Selected chapters receive:
- Confirmed visit date and approximate time
- Follow-up instructions
- A published travel schedule

We welcome visit requests from all Virginia FFA chapters. While we cannot guarantee a visit
to every school during the FFA Week window, all requests are reviewed carefully.
If we cannot visit during FFA Week, we will try to coordinate an alternate date when possible.
