SAE Project: I established my Supervised Agricultural Experience my sophomore year of high school. My SAE is categorized in Agricultural Maintenance and Repair. Within my project I have gained knowledge on maintenancing and repairing malfunctioning equipment and rewiring broken wires. Through this process I have furthered my knowledge not only maintenancing equipment but also restoring tractors that were donated to my local FFA Chapter.

Favorite CDE or LDE: My favorite CDE is definitely Prepared Public Speaking. From being a shy middle schooler and finally growing out of my comfort zone I am further able to network and go out and meet new people without being nervous. Not only has Public Speaking helped me further my networking skills it has also helped me speak professionally in front of large groups.

Favorite FFA Memory: My favorite ffa memory would be my eighth grade year when my team placed second in the state for Quiz Bowl.

Future Plans: After my year of service as a State Officer I will be attending Virginia Tech in the Fall of 2022. At Virginia Tech I will pursue a degree in Agricultural Sciences, which is a four year program. After I obtain my Bachelors Degree I plan to apply for a job at the United States Department of Agriculture. I don't know exactly what job description I would like, however I would like to be involved in the USDA.
